The Personal Agency Programme™ is a structured training programme primarily centred around psychoeducation and practical skill development. About Niall

Hey, I’m Niall, founder of Personal Agency Academy™.

I built this programme after my own struggles and more than ten years of coaching experience and research – not from a textbook.

I built this because I needed it, and I couldn’t find it anywhere else.

Before qualifying as a coach in 2016, I spent years struggling in the way high-functioning people often do – getting on with life, achieving things, keeping up appearances – while managing psychological functioning that felt significantly harder than it should.

I tried the traditional routes, but none of them gave me what I was looking for – a deep understanding of how I functioned, and a clear, practical path to changing it.

I wanted to know why I felt the way I did, and exactly what I could do about it.

That frustration became an obsession.

When I began coaching, I threw myself into the questions:

  • Why do people function the way they do?
  • What are the specific components?
  • What drives the differences between people?
  • What actually produces lasting psychological change?

More than a decade of client work and research later, the Personal Agency Programme™ is the answer I spent years looking for – built from real experience, real research, and a first-hand understanding of what drives real, lasting psychological change.

Is it worth the investment?

Most people spend years, and far more money, trying to fix on the outside what is actually an inside problem. The Personal Agency Programme™ doesn’t improve one area of your life.
