About the Programme
Is it worth the investment?
Most people spend years, and far more money, trying to fix on the outside what is actually an inside problem. The Personal Agency Programme doesn’t improve one area of your life. It changes how you think, cope, and function across all of it. The real question isn’t whether you can afford to do this. It’s whether you can afford to keep going without it.
I'm SO busy
The people who need this most are usually the busiest, and Niall built it knowing that. No filler, no fluff, just what matters.
Thirty to forty-five minutes a day. Most participants don’t find it hard to make the time. They find it quickly becomes the most valuable part of their week.
I've tried things like this before and they didn't work
They didn’t work because they were working at the wrong level. Habits fade. Motivation runs out. Positive thinking crumbles under pressure.
The Personal Agency Programme works from the root, building the internal beliefs, thinking patterns, and coping capacity that determine how you function. Not a temporary shift, a permanent one.
Do I need a specific problem to join?
No. Most people who join aren’t in crisis, they simply want to understand themselves better and perform at a higher level. They want to be equipped with self-insight, awareness, and skills. That is more than enough of a reason.
I'm not sure this is for me
If you think, create emotions, face challenges, and have ever struggled to cope without fully understanding why, this is for you.
Every person processes life through the same core components. A sense of control, the capacity to cope, thinking patterns, and a sense of their own worth. Most people go through their entire lives without ever learning about or examining any of them clearly.
This programme doesn’t assume you are broken. It understands that you have never been given a clear picture of how you function on the inside, or a structured path to developing it.
The learning curve is real. What sits on the other side of it is not a slightly improved version of your current experience, it is a fundamentally different you, in how you relate to yourself, to difficulty, and to your own direction.
If you want to understand yourself at that level and do something about it, this is for you.
I don't know if I can commit to 12 weeks
That is a fair concern, and it is also something the programme directly develops. Building the capacity to follow through on what matters to you is part of the work itself.
You do not need to feel 100% ready, however, you want to be committed to dedicating 30 minutes per day to completing your programme work.
If you’re unsure you can do that, wait until you are confident you will set aside the time.
I'm sure I can figure this out on my own
You might, but consider how long you’ve already been trying, and where that has got you.
Niall has spent over a decade developing this material. The programme gives you a clear, proven path, rather than years of trial and error.
Most participants say the biggest shift came not just from the content, but from having expertise and structure they simply couldn’t have replicated alone.
Is this just theory, or will it actually make a difference?
Every module is paired with practical tools, structured exercises, and real actions you can apply immediately. The second six weeks of the programme are dedicated entirely to embedding everything into daily life. By the end, the changes aren’t just understood. They are lived every day.
The timing isn't perfect..
There will never be a perfect time. Life will always be busy, complicated, or uncertain in some way, but the fact you are here shows me you are more ready than you think.Â
The skills you develop here – managing pressure, maintaining perspective, staying consistent – are most valuable precisely when life is at its most demanding.
Waiting for the right time usually means waiting indefinitely. The right time is when you decide it matters enough to start.
What if I get stuck and don't have enough support?
Support is built into every stage. Niall is present and accessible throughout, not just on calls, but through the guidance woven into the content itself. We have a growing community of people just like you who are doing the work along side you, and we have regular group live calles for coaching and Q&A.Â
The programme anticipates the difficult moments and gives you the tools to work through them.
You will never be left to figure things out alone. That is one of the things that makes this different.
General Questions
How long is the programme and what does it involve daily?
Twelve weeks. Roughly 30–40 minutes per day of content, videos, reflective quizzes, and application exercises. The first six weeks build understanding – introducing practical actions as the programme progresses. The second six weeks increases the shift to daily practice.
What makes this different from therapy, coaching, or mindset programmes?
Therapy typically focuses on the past or managing symptoms reactively. Generic coaching programmes operate at the surface with motivation, habits and goal-setting without addressing the underlying psychological components. The academy starts at the root, the specific components that drive how you think, cope, and function. That’s why the results are deeper and more lasting.
Can I do this alongside my existing work and commitments?
Yes! Most participants have full, busy lives. What it requires is honest prioritisation. If you can’t commit 30–40 minutes daily, this isn’t the right moment. If you can, it fits around almost anything.
Do I need a specific problem to join?
No. Most people who join aren’t in crisis, they simply want to understand themselves better and perform at a higher level. They want to be equipped with self-insight, awareness, and skills. That is more than enough of a reason.
Should I complete this if I'm currently in therapy or another programme?
No. The programme requires your complete focus. Engaging multiple interventions simultaneously creates confusion and reduces results from each. Complete your current intervention first, then come to the academy with the full attention it deserves.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
The programme is a complete experience on its own. For those who want to continue, the Personal Agency Academy platform offers ongoing sessions, resources, bootcamps, and community access, entirely optional and you can upgrade at any time.
