Refund and Return Policy

1. Digital Products

The Personal Agency Handbook and Logbook are digital and physical products. Due to the nature of these products, the following applies:

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

Physical copies (printed Handbook and Logbook) may be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition

To request a return on a physical product, please contact us at support@personalagencyacademy.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. The Personal Agency Programme

The Personal Agency Programme is a structured 12-week psychoeducational coaching programme. The following terms apply:

  • A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no programme content has been accessed
  • Once programme content has been accessed, no refund is available
  • If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us directly and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis

3. Events and Workshops

For any events, workshops, or group sessions:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, but a transfer to a future event may be offered at our discretion
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer

4. Subscription Services

Where access is provided on a subscription or recurring billing basis:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@personalagencyacademy.co.uk with your name, order details, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 working days.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
